Mobile Heavy Equipment Repair
Excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers and backhoes repaired on the job site. No lowboy, no waiting on a hauler, no hourly crew standing around.
Heavy equipment repair →Equipment and diesel repair in Macclenny and Baker County. I-10 runs along the bottom of town with two exits into it, and the freight, timber and site work that comes with that keeps a lot of iron moving.
Phone answered 24/7. Based in St Johns, Florida.
Macclenny is one of the few towns on our list with its own interstate access, and it has two. I-10 exit 335 puts you on SR 121 into downtown, and exit 336 feeds SR 228. US 90, which locals know as Macclenny Avenue, runs straight through the middle. For a town this size that is a lot of highway.
That access is why the industrial ground here is what it is. Midpoint Commerce Park covers over two thousand one hundred acres where I-10, SR 228 and US 90 come together, with interstate frontage on its southern border, two miles of rail frontage and Foreign Trade Zone status through the Jacksonville Port Authority. Enterprise East Industrial Park sits on US 90 with about a hundred and twenty five acres and the interstate four miles away.
Baker County's employment tells the rest of the story. A large Walmart distribution center, a site preparation contractor among the biggest employers in the county, nurseries, and freight numbers dominated by lumber going out and nonmetallic minerals coming in. Trucks, timber equipment and site work machines, all in the same few miles.

All seven reach Macclenny. Most of it happens on site, and each page says plainly when a job belongs under a roof instead.

Heavy equipment repair →Head gaskets, injectors, turbos and in frame rebuilds. Blowby, coolant loss, knocking and oil burn chased to the actual cause.
Diesel engine repair →Cylinders, pumps, valves and hoses. Boom drift, slow travel, weak breakout force and seals that let go in the middle of a pad.
Hydraulic repair →Chafed harnesses, corroded grounds, dead sensors and codes pointing three directions at once. We read the machine instead of guessing at it.
Diesel diagnostics →Track chains, rollers, idlers, sprockets, travel motors and final drives. Howling, leaking, or dragging a track through the cut.
Final drive repair →Boat diesel engines on the St. Johns, the Intracoastal and the trailer. Cooling, fuel, exhaust, starting faults and engine work dockside or in the yard.
Marine diesel repair →Scheduled service on your yard so machines get greased, sampled and looked over before they strand a crew on a Friday afternoon.
