Excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers and backhoes repaired on the job site. No lowboy, no waiting on a hauler, no hourly crew standing around.
Heavy equipment repair →Equipment and diesel repair in Kingsland and Camden County, Georgia. Three I-95 exits, a submarine base that employs thousands, and a fourteen hundred acre commerce park with rail on it.
Phone answered 24/7. Based in St Johns, Florida.
Kingsland sits about three miles north of the Florida line with I-95 running through its eastern side and US 17 through the middle of town. Three exits serve it: exit 1 at St. Marys Road, exit 3 at GA 40 and King Avenue, and exit 6 at Laurel Island Parkway. That makes it easy to reach and it makes it a genuine regional hub rather than a border town.
The dominant employer in Camden County is Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, with over nine thousand people between active duty, federal civilians and contractors. The Franklin Gate is roughly seven miles from exit 1. Lockheed Martin has a defense presence in the county as well. That is a lot of institutional work and a lot of contractors coming and going.
West of exit 7 there is Coastal Georgia Commerce Park, over fourteen hundred acres zoned industrial with rail service from First Coast Railroad and utilities out of the City of Kingsland. First Coast Railroad also interchanges with the St. Marys Railroad here. Rail served industrial ground with room to develop means site work, and site work means equipment.

The same seven services across the whole area. Each one has its own page with the detail on what the work involves.

Heavy equipment repair →Head gaskets, injectors, turbos and in frame rebuilds. Blowby, coolant loss, knocking and oil burn chased to the actual cause.
Diesel engine repair →Cylinders, pumps, valves and hoses. Boom drift, slow travel, weak breakout force and seals that let go in the middle of a pad.
Hydraulic repair →Chafed harnesses, corroded grounds, dead sensors and codes pointing three directions at once. We read the machine instead of guessing at it.
Diesel diagnostics →Track chains, rollers, idlers, sprockets, travel motors and final drives. Howling, leaking, or dragging a track through the cut.
Final drive repair →Boat diesel engines on the St. Johns, the Intracoastal and the trailer. Cooling, fuel, exhaust, starting faults and engine work dockside or in the yard.
Marine diesel repair →Scheduled service on your yard so machines get greased, sampled and looked over before they strand a crew on a Friday afternoon.
Fleet maintenance →Where the equipment actually is, and how a service truck gets to it.

Pressures, codes, readings. You get the actual cause and a number before a wrench turns on the repair.
We fix it, test it under load and clean up. You get told what failed and what to watch so it does not happen twice.
